We put the yummy into your heart, your soul AND your tummy! Organic at Heart is situated on half an acre in the middle of Plumstead. There you will find a beautiful, thatched national monument home with an organic kitchen garden bursting with yummy herbs and veggies - as well as bees, lady birds, butterflies, guinea fowl, wild Egyptian geese and resident Hadedas - not to mention neighbourhood cats who love to sleep under the veggies!

Organic at Heart - a true food restaurant
In the heart of the old home is the Organic at Heart True Food Restaurant, where you can enjoy a range of healthy, organic meals - from raw food to vegetarian, vegan, gluten and sugar free to free range meat and chicken dishes. We grow most of our own veggies, herbs and salads and source all ingredients as ethically and organically as we can. We cater for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters and raw food enthusiasts. You will love visiting our organic veggie garden complete with the happiest bees and lady birds – even guinea fowl, Egyptian Geese and resident Hadedas, as well as wandering neighbourhood cats!

3. A little gift shop called Naturally Gifted by Nature
4. Meditation, massage and yoga at the Healing with Bliss - the Siddha Way studio
5. A range of integrated therapies and sessions at Beginnings Holistic Life Centre above the restaurant, upstairs under the thatch
6. A wonderful organic herb and veggie garden where we recycle all our organic kitchen waste into compost heaps and two 'worm farms', where red wriggler worms faithfully turn this waste into nutritious organic fertilizer for the garden.
